Example genome files

These genome are the input files of the GitHub respository intended to provide a framework for the estimation of dN/dS on archaeal genomes. A detailed summary of the steps to follow for the estimation of dN/dS are provided as the following book chapter: These genomes were retrieved from the Genome Taxonomy Database release214. Genomes are 100% complete and have <5% contamination.
