在合肥工业大学的开放环境下对该工艺场景各环境负荷进行收集。采集工艺为TIG,采集条件为开放式采集,焊接材料为铝焊丝,母材为铝合金板,采集了CO2、NOx、O3、PM2.5、PM10等物质,采集数据为原始采集,以实验稳定值作为最终结果。
Environmental loads of the target process scenario were collected in an open environment at Hefei University of Technology. The collection adopted TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process with open collection conditions. Aluminum welding wire was used as the welding material, and aluminum alloy plates served as the base material. Multiple substances including CO₂, NOₓ, O₃, PM2.5, and PM10 were collected. The collected raw data took the stable experimental values as the final results.
