RNA-seq of fungal sp. No.11243 mutant strains

We have performed RNA-seq analysis of fungal sp. No.11243 high-producing mutant strains to unravel the mechanisms of productivity improvement of FR901469. In this BioProject, we released the sequence reads of No.11243 wild-type and mutant strains \.我们针对真菌未定种（Fungal sp.）No.11243的高产突变菌株开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，以揭示FR901469的产量提升机制。在本次生物项目（BioProject）中，我们公开了No.11243野生型菌株与突变菌株的测序读段序列。
