Monitoring spawning migrations of potamodromous fish species via eDNA

Dataset for the titled publication. The file includes data of environmental variables, eDNA concentrations obtained from filtered water samples and fish counts, all obtained during the 2017 spawning season of <em>Alburnus mento</em> and <em>Vimba vimba </em> in the river Zeller Ache. Environmental variables and eDNA samples were measured / taken at two points in the rivers (data sheets ZA1 and ZA3), fish were counted in seven river sections, and daily discharge was provided by an automatic measurement station at the most upstream river section.<br>See the "readme" tab for detailed information contained in the two tabs named "ZA1" and "ZA3".

本数据集配套于标题已明确的学术出版物。本文件涵盖环境变量数据、经过滤水样获得的环境DNA（eDNA）浓度数据及鱼类计数数据，所有数据均采集自2017年泽勒阿赫河（Zeller Ache）内*Alburnus mento*与*Vimba vimba*的产卵季。其中，环境变量与eDNA样本的测定、采集点位为该河流内的2处（对应数据表ZA1与ZA3）；鱼类计数在7个河段内开展；日径流量数据由最上游河段的自动监测站提供。有关ZA1与ZA3两个工作表的详细信息，请参阅"readme"工作表。
