A homeodomain-containing transcriptional factor PoHtf1 regulated the development and cellulases expression in P. oxalicum

RNA-seq was used to analyze the effects of absence of PoHtf1. A total of 6 samples were analzyed. The wild-type strain 114-2 was considered as a reference.

本研究利用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，分析了PoHtf1基因缺失所产生的影响。本次研究共对6个样本开展分析，并以野生型菌株114-2作为参考对照。
