本表格收录了来自一年生早熟禾（P. annua）组织（种子、根、叶片）及土壤的扩增子测序变异体（Amplicon Sequencing Variants）、各变异体的相对丰度、已注释分类群以及真菌功能群（fungal guilds）。
来自种子的分类群、所有样本中均检出的分类群以及仅存在于植物组织中的分类群也均在本表格中予以呈现。
