TRUST Reproducibility Package: Pretrained Checkpoint and Manuscript Source Data

This reproducibility package contains the pretrained TRUST checkpoint and the source data underlying Figures 2–5 and the supporting analyses of the associated manuscript. The package supports pretrained-checkpoint inference, verification of the principal reported metrics, and recomputation of manuscript statistics from archived source artifacts. It does not provide full model retraining or reconstruction of the original morphology clusters from raw OISST fields. Contents include:1. The pretrained TRUST checkpoint.2. Source data for global forecast metrics.3. Lead-dependent Grad-RMSE source data.4. Rare-region, matched-control, and strict unseen-pair analysis tables.5. Bootstrap confidence intervals and sensitivity-analysis results.Pretrained checkpoint. Because of its large file size, the pretrained TRUST checkpoint is provided as 33 sequential binary parts, named trust_best.pt.part001 through trust_best.pt.part033. Download all 33 parts into the same directory and concatenate them in filename order to reconstruct the original file, trust_best.pt. The restored checkpoint should have the SHA-256 checksum 045364F94D833F799CF1EC595AF2F2D376B78A2E2A19EB331AE4DBA7B8C7BD73. SHA-256 checksums for all individual parts are provided in TRUST-checkpoint-parts-SHA256.txt. After reconstruction, place the checkpoint at checkpoints/trust_best.pt in the TRUST v1.0.0 software repository for pretrained-model inference.
