The two co-culture experiments were carried out using 3 species and 6 species, respectively. The strains were activated in sorghum extract medium at 30 ?C for 24 h. The co-culture experiments were carried out in 2 L fermentation tanks using the same medium, and at 30 ?C for 48 h, including three parallel experiments. The initial concentration of each specie was 1 ? 106 CFU/mL. The fermented broth at 24h was stored at -80 ?C until analysis.
本研究开展两组共培养实验,分别采用3种菌株与6种菌株进行实验。供试菌株均于高粱提取物培养基中,于30℃条件下活化24小时。两组共培养实验均采用2升发酵罐,以相同培养基进行培养,培养参数为30℃、48小时,且设置三组平行实验。各菌株的初始浓度均为1×10^6 CFU/mL(Colony Forming Unit per milliliter)。培养24小时后的发酵液被保存于-80℃环境中,直至后续分析检测。
