Personal IgG subtype concentration data

IgG subtype concentrations and FcR complex formation for 105 deidentified RV144 vaccinees used as input in simulations for the 2021 paper: A systems approach to elucidate personalized mechanistic complexities of antibody-Fc receptor activation post-vaccination<br>Concentrations were estimated from experimentally measured MFIs (see methods section of paper). FcR complex formation was only measured for 30 vaccinees. <br>A244 data is used in the majority of the paper. BAL data is used for the secondary validation of IgG1 responders and non-responders.
