Channel, Usability Dataset

This collection consists of multiple anonymized datasets compiled to support model testing and performance evaluation. The three channel datasets contain aggregated daily ticket information. Each dataset includes date and ticket counts to analyze service volume trends and build predictive models. Additionally, a questionnaire dataset is included to capture qualitative feedback from users. All data have been anonymized to remove personally identifiable information (PII) and are stored in the internal repository for research and analytical purposes.
