Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of control and mTORC2-suppressed glioblastoma cells (U87-EGFRvIII cells). The Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation EPIC BeadChip Array was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles with 865,918 probes in glioblastoma cell line samples. Samples included 2 control U87-MG cells without mTORC2 suppresion, and mTORC2-knockdown U87-MG cells with lentivirus-mediated suppression of mTORC2. DNA methylation profiles of U87-EGFRvIII glioblastoma cell lines with lentivirus-mediated scramble or Rictor (a core component of mTORC2) knockdown were generated by the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation EPIC BeadChip Array.
本数据集针对对照与mTORC2抑制的胶质母细胞瘤细胞(U87-EGFRvIII细胞)开展全基因组DNA甲基化谱分析。研究采用Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation EPIC BeadChip 阵列,在胶质母细胞瘤细胞系样本中获取了覆盖865,918个探针的DNA甲基化谱。样本包含2株未进行mTORC2抑制的对照U87-MG细胞,以及经慢病毒介导抑制mTORC2的mTORC2敲低U87-MG细胞。此外,通过同一Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation EPIC BeadChip 阵列,还生成了经慢病毒介导scramble对照或Rictor(mTORC2的核心组分)敲低的U87-EGFRvIII胶质母细胞瘤细胞系的DNA甲基化谱。
