Mental health and well-being of university students during the fourth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic

The data include answers of 706 university students from Poland to demographic questions, mental and physical health, and well-being. The cross-sectional online survey was performed during the fourth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, including measures of Exposure to Coronavirus (8 questions), Spirituality (2 questions), Physical Health (GSRH, 2-item), Perceived Stress (PSS-10), PTSD (Short PCL-6), anxiety (GAD-7), depression (PHQ-9), Life Satisfaction (SWLS), and Fear of COVID-19 (FoCV-19S). Differences between vaccinated and unvaccinated samples were investigated in the study using Pearson's Chi-square independence test, Student's t-test, and Mann-Whitney U-test. Also, network analysis was performed for unvaccinated and vaccinated university students, including selected demographic variables (age, gender, relationship status) and well-being dimensions. Overall, unvaccinated students showed better health and well-being than unvaccinated.

本数据集包含来自波兰的706名大学生针对人口统计学问题、身心健康状况以及幸福感的作答结果。该研究于新冠疫情第四波期间开展横断面线上调查（cross-sectional online survey），涵盖以下测量内容：新冠暴露情况（Exposure to Coronavirus，含8个题目）、灵性水平（Spirituality，含2个题目）、一般自我评估身体健康量表（GSRH，2条目）、感知压力量表（PSS-10）、创伤后应激障碍简版量表（Short PCL-6）、广泛性焦虑障碍量表（GAD-7）、抑郁症状量表（PHQ-9）、生活满意度量表（SWLS）以及新冠恐惧量表（FoCV-19S）。本研究采用Pearson卡方独立性检验、两独立样本t检验（Student's t-test）以及Mann-Whitney U检验，对比了接种疫苗与未接种疫苗样本间的组间差异。此外，针对接种及未接种疫苗的大学生群体，本研究还开展了网络分析（network analysis），纳入了年龄、性别、恋爱状况等选定人口统计学变量以及幸福感相关维度。总体而言，未接种疫苗的学生展现出比接种疫苗者更优的健康与幸福感水平。
