The dataset, named RadGenome-ChestCT, is developed to support regional-guided 3D chest CT interpretation. It contains 25,692 regional-guided CT report pairs from 21,304 patients. The CT volumes have consistent voxel spacing of 1 mm × 1 mm × 3 mm, and cover 10 thoracic anatomical regions. Comprising 25,692 regional-guided pairs in total, the core task of this dataset is CT report generation.
