Gene silencing of BSK65-MONO1 (RNF185) and of its natural antisense RNA (RNF185-AS) using siRNAs. Homo sapiens

Microarray profiles of native HeLa cells and RNF185/BSK65 gene silenced HeLa cells using siRNAs LMG2 and LMG4 were monitored using Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0 microarrays. Overall design: Two independent microarray assays of each analysis were used for the comparison of native vs. siRNA treated HeLa cells with LMG2 and LMG4.

本数据集采用Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0微阵列，对野生型海拉细胞以及经小干扰RNA（small interfering RNA，siRNA）LMG2、LMG4沉默RNF185/BSK65基因的海拉细胞的基因芯片表达谱进行了检测分析。
实验设计：针对野生型海拉细胞与分别经LMG2、LMG4小干扰RNA处理的海拉细胞的两组对比分析，均各设置了两次独立的微阵列检测实验。
