The data below presents the shape of all the researched personnel risk factors in the A, B, C, D enterprise (which were tested by the author). Further considerations should be started with the presentation of the synthesis of the obtained results, which is presented in this research data.  The analysis of the list shows that the overall shaping of both groups of personnel risk factors has a balanced effect. Despite this, between the two discussed groups, certain differences can be noticed due to the fact that the shape of the independent factors is slightly deviated in the dynamizing direction, and the shape of the dependent factors in the stabilizing direction. The shaping of independent factors was conditioned by the dynamism of the economic, social and cultural environment and the labor market. In turn, the shaping of the dependent factors was determined by the stabilizing effect of shaping the decision-making mode and the profile of the current manager.

下述数据呈现了本次研究中A、B、C、D四家企业内所有被调研的人员风险因子的分布形态(该数据集已由作者完成实测验证)。本次研究的后续探讨应基于本研究数据中呈现的已获研究结果综合梳理展开。 对该清单的分析表明,两类人员风险因子的整体塑造过程均呈现出均衡的影响效应。尽管如此,在上述两类风险因子之间仍可观测到显著差异:独立风险因子的分布形态略偏向动态化方向,而依存风险因子的分布形态则偏向稳定化方向。独立风险因子的形成受到经济、社会、文化环境以及劳动力市场的动态性所制约;与之相对,依存风险因子的塑造则由决策模式塑造以及现任管理者特质所带来的稳定化效应所决定。
