This dataset is constructed based on raw data of granted invention patents for semiconductor devices. It generates value scores and classifications through a multi-index fused value scoring model and machine learning clustering algorithms. The newly added fields include indicators of technical breadth, innovation timeliness and team size, as well as the comprehensive value score (0-100) and value classification (high/medium/low).
