Cadmium is classified as a non-essential heavy metal element as it is harmful to human health even in a trace amount. Despite the implementation of guidelines and regulations on cadmium handling, unfortunately, mortality cases among wild animals due to cadmium poisoning still occur. To effectively investigate the sources of cadmium contaminants in the environment, it is suggested to establish real-time monitoring across the area. Thus, the aim is to design and develop a potentiostat device (HMstat) with the capability to perform a square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) method for real-time monitoring of cadmium ion detection. The design and development of the HMstat are realized by using a two-board type potentiostat which is implemented through-hole technology as an analog component and the myRIO platform as a digital component. The capability of HMstat working under constant, ramp, and SWV signals has suggested that the HMstat has a high potential to perform the SWASV method. The design files included here are: Constant_applied_potential: containing LabVIEW file of constant V_ap signal generation Ramp_applied_potential: containing LabVIEW file of ramp V_ap signal generation SWV_applied_potential: containing LabVIEW file of SWV V_ap signal generation Real-time_monitoring: containing the LabVIEW file of GUI and for signals generation and acquisition. 镉被归类为非必需重金属元素,因其即使以痕量存在也会对人体健康造成损害。尽管已针对镉的操作制定了相关指南与法规,但遗憾的是,野生动物因镉中毒引发死亡的案例仍时有发生。为有效探究环境中镉污染物的来源,建议在目标区域搭建全域实时监测体系。因此本研究旨在设计并开发一款恒电位仪(potentiostat,HMstat),其搭载方波阳极溶出伏安法(square wave anodic stripping voltammetry, SWASV)功能,可实现镉离子的实时检测。 本研究采用双板式恒电位仪架构完成HMstat的设计与开发:其中模拟组件部分通过通孔技术实现,数字组件部分则基于myRIO平台搭建。实验验证表明,HMstat可在恒电位、斜坡电位以及方波伏安三种信号模式下稳定工作,证实其具备开展SWASV检测的优异潜力。 本次公开的设计文件如下: 1.
