本数据集为针对以下样本开展的RNA测序(RNA-Sequencing)转录组分析数据:端粒酶逆转录酶(TERT)-番茄红色荧光蛋白(Tomato)融合蛋白阳性、八聚体结合转录因子4(Oct4)-绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)融合蛋白阳性的幼年生殖细胞(P6,即出生后第6天),以及三类成体细胞群——TERT高表达、胶质细胞源性神经营养因子家族受体α1(GFRa1)阳性、Kit阴性的未分化精原细胞,TERT高表达、Kit阴性、GFRa1阴性的未分化精原细胞,以及TERT高表达、Kit阳性的早期分化精原细胞。
