This dataset is derived from animal and cell experiments on the improvement of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease in mice via the inhibition of ferroptosis through the activation of the Nrf2/GPX4 pathway by scoparone. It systematically records the raw data and processed results of the entire experimental process, providing data support for the conclusions of this study.The dataset contains a total of 10 files, which correspond to the graphical data of 10 figures in the paper as follows: Fig. 1: Liver photographs, HE staining and Oil Red O staining images of hepatic tissues; Fig. 2: Dynamic changes in body weight and food intake of mice; Fig. 3: Serum and hepatic related parameters of mice; Fig. 4: Mitochondrial function parameters of mouse liver; Fig. 5: PCR and Western blot (WB) analysis results of mouse liver-related indicators; Fig. 6: Concentration screening results of SCO and NaOA in cell experiments; Fig. 7: Oil Red O staining images of cells; Fig. 8: Cell-related functional parameters; Fig. 9: ROS staining images, JC-1 staining images and their corresponding fluorescence quantification results of cells; Fig. 10: PCR and Western blot (WB) analysis results of cell-related indicators.
本数据集源自一项探究滨蒿内酯(scoparone)通过激活Nrf2/GPX4通路抑制铁死亡(ferroptosis),进而改善小鼠代谢功能障碍相关性脂肪性肝病的动物与细胞实验。该数据集系统记录了完整实验流程的原始数据与处理结果,为该研究的结论提供了数据支撑。本数据集共包含10个文件,分别对应论文中10张图的图形数据:
