Comparative analysis of metatranscriptomic data from 3 sampling stations in the Carnoulès Acid Mine Drainage (AMD). Carnoulès AMD comparative metatranscriptomics study - 2018

In this study, we present a comparative analysis of metatranscriptomic data from three different sampling stations of the Carnoulès AMD (France). The first two stations, Gal and Conf, are located in the Reigous creek, with acidic waters contaminated by high concentrations of metals and arsenic while the third, Ams, situated in the Amous river 1 200 meters downstream from its confluence with the Reigous, is characterized by a slightly alkaline pH and low arsenic concentration.

本研究针对法国卡尔努莱酸性矿山排水（Acid Mine Drainage, AMD）的三个不同采样站位的宏转录组数据（metatranscriptomic data）开展对比分析。前两个站位Gal与Conf位于雷古溪，其水体呈酸性且受高浓度金属与砷污染；第三个站位Ams坐落于阿莫斯河与雷古溪汇流点下游1200米处，该水域pH呈弱碱性，砷浓度较低。
