Small RNA-seq analysis of human liver cancer cell lines and human liver tissues

本研究采用小RNA测序（small RNA sequencing）技术，旨在鉴定人类癌细胞系与人类肝脏组织中tRNA前体衍生小RNA（precursor tRNA-derived small RNA）的表达水平。本次研究针对人类肝癌细胞系Huh7（n=2）、正常肝脏样本（n=2）以及丙型肝炎病毒（Hepatitis C Virus，HCV）感染患者的肝脏样本（n=3）开展了小RNA测序（small RNA-seq）。
