Animal transcriptomes to advance sonogenetic tools: Doryteuthis pealeii

PacBio SMRT Sequel II RNAseq sequencing of several entire hatchlings of wild Doryteuthis pealeii hatched from egg masses laid at University of Chicago Marine Biological Laboratory.

本数据集为采用PacBio SMRT Sequel II平台完成的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，测序样本为在芝加哥大学海洋生物实验室（University of Chicago Marine Biological Laboratory）产下的卵块中孵化获得的多只野生皮氏枪乌贼（Doryteuthis pealeii）完整幼体。
