Maxicircles_Linf-Bussotti_2018

This dataset contains 3 maxicircles sequences assembled from Illumina sequence reads; the sequencing of total DNA from this Leishmania infantum isolates was carried out by Bussotti et al. (2018. mBio 9, e01399. PMID: 30401775). The assembling was done following the procedure described by Camacho et al (2019. Genes (Basel) 10, 758; PMID: 31561572). The maxicircle coding regions are indicated by upper letters in the sequences. The archive has fasta format (BioEdit). The WHO codes for the isolates are:
