Diverse Salmonella Sequences for WGS Serotyping

These sequences have been curated to cover the diversity of Salmonella. All identifications and serotypes have been phenotypically verified by the CDC's National Salmonella Reference Laboratory. These sequences are available to aide in the validation of WGS-based tools for the identification and characterization of Salmonella.
