Swabs and tissues of human throat. human oral metagenome

The purpose was to explore the characteristics of the microbiota of the throat, to evaluate the profiles of microbial communities at different anatomical locations of the throat. Swab samples and tissue samples were collected simultaneously from the two groups of subjects. A swab sample and matched tissue samples were taken from each patient in a laminar flow operation room to avoid contamination. Tissue samples were acquired from the mucosa of larynx.
