Distribution of retail alcohol sales in Poland 2020, by alcohol type

In 2020, Poles spent nearly 39.3 billion on alcohol. Retail sales of beer in Poland constituted nearly 87 percent of the alcoholic beverages market. It was followed by vodka with a 7.1 percent share and wines which in different varieties accounted for 4.5 percent of the market.
