Concatenation-based species trees

Concatenation-based species trees in newick format. Each data set typically has four trees, including the previously reported tree, as well as the trees inferred by RAxML, IQ-TREE, and FastTree. Trees generated by independent RAxML searches (i.e. from independent starting trees) and by replicate IQ-TREE analyses are also included.
