CORDIS PIC to ROR mappings

Mapping of CORDIS participant PIC identifiers (Participant Identification Codes) to ROR identifiers, covering participants of FP7, H2020, and Horizon Europe projects. The mapping is derived from the official CORDIS project XML datasets, organization records from the OpenAIRE Graph, the ROR registry data dump, and a layer of hand-curated overrides. Only high- and medium-confidence resolutions are included. This version maps 11,162 PICs to 10,452 distinct ROR organizations: 8,021 resolved with high confidence, 3,141 with medium confidence, and 0 from hand-curated overrides. pic_mapping.csv is the file consumers should load. Columns: pic: the 9-digit CORDIS Participant Identification Code. ror_id: the matched ROR identifier, without the https://ror.org/ prefix. confidence: high or medium for pipeline resolutions, manual for hand-curated overrides. source: the resolution rule that produced the match (e.g. openaire_direct, exact_name), or manual_override. pic_mapping.jsonl.gz holds the same set of PICs, one JSON object per line, each with the pipeline's full matching evidence and any curator's override_note; it is the audit trail behind the CSV. summary.json has the run statistics of the pipeline that produced this version.
