To investigate the deposition of HTR5 in Arabidopsis, we analysed genome-wide HTR5 density in the wild-type Col-0 by ChIP-seq. We then performed HTR5 occupancy analysis using data obtained from ChIP-seq of 3 different plants including HA-HTR5/Col-0 and Col-0. Col-0 acted as negative control. Overall design: Analysis of HTR5 occupancy of ChIP-seq data for HA-HTR5/Col-0 and Col-0.

为探究拟南芥中HTR5的沉积情况，我们通过染色质免疫沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）分析了野生型Col-0全基因组范围内的HTR5富集密度。
随后，我们利用3株不同植株的ChIP-seq数据开展HTR5结合占据分析，所涉样本包括HA-HTR5/Col-0与Col-0。
Col-0作为阴性对照样本。
