Historical Population Database of Transylvania

HPDT is a historical population database covering, mostly, the second half of 19th Century. The database was built with the financial support of EEA Grants&Norway Grants by Centre for Population Studies (https://csp.centre.ubbcluj.ro/). The bulk of sources is formed by parish registers of various denomination. The database covers around 10% of the total population of Transylvania at the time (5.4 million births), extracted from 12 micro-zones, scattered across Transylvania.HPDT是一个历史人口数据库，主要涵盖19世纪下半叶。该数据库由人口研究中心（https://csp.centre.ubbcluj.ro/）依托欧洲经济区赠款与挪威赠款（EEA Grants&Norway Grants）的资金支持构建而成。 其数据源主体为不同教派的教区登记册。该数据库涵盖当时特兰西瓦尼亚总人口的约10%（540万次出生记录），数据提取自分布于特兰西瓦尼亚各地的12个微区域。
