The dataset contains images of meteors and non-meteors collected from the United Arab Emirates Meteor Monitoring Network (UAEMMN) at the Sharjah Academy for Astronomy, Space Sciences, and Technology (SAASST). Established in September 2018 with initial funding from the UAE Space Agency, this project aims to enhance our understanding of meteor activity over the UAE.

Meteor Images: This segment of the dataset encompasses a total of 7,400 images captured between 2018 and 2022.
Non-Meteor Images: This section includes an equal number of non-meteor images (7,400), collected during 2021-2022.
