Surfacewater Raw sequence reads

A total of 20 surface water samples with a depth of ~3 m were collected from the Bohai Sea (BHS) and from the northern (NYS), central (CYS), and southern parts of the Yellow Sea (SYS) during two cruises in November of 2013 (10 samples) and April to May of 2014 (10 samples). The V4 region of 16S and 18S rRNA gene were sequenced and aimed to explore the dynamics of bacterial and eukaryotic diversity. Furthermore, the interaction between them was also explored.

本研究共采集20份表层海水样本，采样水深约3米，采集区域涵盖渤海（Bohai Sea, BHS）、黄海北部（Northern Yellow Sea, NYS）、黄海中部（Central Yellow Sea, CYS）与黄海南部（Southern Yellow Sea, SYS）；样本分别于2013年11月（10份）与2014年4至5月（10份）的两次科考航次中获取。本研究对16S rRNA基因与18S rRNA基因的V4可变区进行测序，旨在探究细菌与真核生物多样性的动态变化特征，同时解析二者间的相互作用关系。
