The amplitude scintillation index S4, was obtained from a radio wave observation station in Haikou, Hainan (20°N, 110.34°E). The station employs a dedicated receiver to continuously monitor UHF-band (400 MHz) beacon signals transmitted from geostationary satellites.
本数据集采用的幅度闪烁指数S4，采集自中国海南省海口市（北纬20°，东经110.34°）的无线电波观测站。该观测站配备专用接收机，持续监测地球静止卫星发射的特高频（UHF）波段（400 MHz）信标信号。
