为道路、桥梁、隧道、水气灯消等市政设施统一赋码,建立“一物一档”数字身份证,集成建设年代、材质、养护、检测、责任信息,存量批量导入、新增即建即录,形成可追溯数据底座。关联人工巡检、传感监测、事件上报及气象、交通、施工扰动等数据,构建外观-结构-运行-环境四维健康模型,自动量化裂缝、锈蚀、沉降、渗漏、振动、荷载异常,生成四色风险图、优先处置清单与养护资金表。评估结果经工单系统直达责任单位,施工、质检、影像实时回传,完成后自动更新健康档案并触发下一轮巡检,数据沉淀用于寿命预测、资金计划、绩效考核,实现设施安全、成本可控、服务提升的闭环管养。
Uniformly assign unique identification codes to municipal facilities including roads, bridges, tunnels, water supply, gas supply, street lamps and fire-fighting facilities, and establish a "One Facility, One File" digital identity system. This system integrates information such as construction year, material composition, maintenance history, inspection records and responsible parties, with bulk import of existing facility data and real-time creation and recording for newly added facilities, thereby building a traceable data backbone. Correlate data from manual inspections, sensor monitoring, incident reports, as well as meteorological, traffic, construction disturbance and other relevant datasets, and develop a four-dimensional health model covering appearance, structural status, operation conditions and environmental factors. The model automatically quantifies anomalies including cracks, corrosion, settlement, leakage, vibration and abnormal loads, and generates four-color risk maps, priority response lists and maintenance budget tables. Assessment results are directly delivered to responsible entities via work order systems, supporting real-time upload of construction progress, quality inspection records and on-site images, automatically updating the digital health file and triggering the next round of inspections upon completion of maintenance work. The accumulated data is used for lifespan prediction, budget planning and performance evaluation, realizing a closed-loop management and maintenance system that ensures facility safety, cost control and service improvement.
