Comparative transcription profiling of mRNA and lncRNA related to C75 effect on pulmonary arterial hypertension

Investigated the expression profile and potential roles of mRNA and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) mice induced by monocrotaline. Overall design: Control (n=2), MCT (n=2), and MCT-C75 (n=2) were examined by high throughput sequencing (HTS). Bioinformatics analyses were carried out to predict the roles of aberrantly expressed mRNA and lncRNAs.
