Figure 7C LC-MS analysis of SaTrmK-catalysed methylation of A11-RNA-18mer

Methylation of A11-RNA18mer by SaTrmK was confirmed by LC-MS. The same extraction procedure and LC-MS protocol was conducted as described in Figure 6C.采用液相色谱-质谱联用法（LC-MS）验证了SaTrmK对A11-RNA18mer的甲基化修饰。本实验采用与图6C中所述一致的样品提取流程与LC-MS实验方案。
