Gal3 plays an important role in chronic pain through the activation of microglia. We used single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-Seq) to uncover the mechanisms of Gal3-activated microglia in pain regulation. Spinal dorsal horn (SDH) from 6-days vehicle or Gal3-treated mice, 3 male mice for each group were used to perform the snRNA-Seq (2 groups: vehicle control (1 sample containing with 3 male mice's SDH) and Gal3-treatment (1 sample containing 3 male mice's SDH)).
半乳糖凝集素3(Gal3)通过激活小胶质细胞在慢性疼痛中发挥重要作用。本研究采用单细胞核RNA测序(single nucleus RNA sequencing, snRNA-Seq),旨在阐明Gal3激活的小胶质细胞参与疼痛调控的分子机制。我们采集了6日龄经赋形剂或Gal3处理的小鼠脊髓背角(spinal dorsal horn, SDH)组织,每组选取3只雄性小鼠,最终构建两组snRNA-Seq样本:赋形剂对照组(1份样本包含3只雄性小鼠的脊髓背角组织)与Gal3处理组(1份样本包含3只雄性小鼠的脊髓背角组织)。
