2017 年,一些柳树(Salix matsudana)出现树皮溃疡,有大量酸白色渗出液,类似于李等人报道的杨树树皮溃疡病。 (2014), 在中国山东省菏泽市的一个公园里观察到。
16S rRNA基因序列分析表明,本研究从两个地点分离的柳树菌株在核苷酸水平上具有99.8%至100%的相似性,与对美洲杨树致病的Lonsdalea populi LMG 27349具有99.7%的核苷酸相似性。 此外,柳树分离株与 L. iberica LMG 26264、L. quercinaLMG 2724 和 L. britannica LMG 26267 的核苷酸相似性为 98.6% 至 99.3%,与肠杆菌科其他物种的核苷酸相似性低于 96.6%。 在 16S rRNA 基因系统发育树中,柳树分离株与 L. populi 菌株聚集在一起,具有 100% 的引导支持,并与其他物种分开。
In 2017, bark canker symptoms accompanied by abundant acid-white exudates were observed on several Salix matsudana trees in a park in Heze City, Shandong Province, China. The symptoms were similar to those of poplar bark canker reported by Li et al. (2014). 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis revealed that the willow isolates obtained from two locations in this study shared 99.8% to 100% nucleotide sequence similarity with each other, and showed 99.7% nucleotide sequence similarity to Lonsdalea populi LMG 27349, a pathogen of Populus deltoides. Furthermore, the willow isolates exhibited nucleotide sequence similarities ranging from 98.6% to 99.3% to L. iberica LMG 26264, L. quercina LMG 2724, and L. britannica LMG 26267, and less than 96.6% similarity to other species within the family Enterobacteriaceae. In the 16S rRNA gene phylogenetic tree, the willow isolates clustered together with L. populi strains with 100% bootstrap support, forming a distinct clade separate from other related species.
