Predicted gene models of Hiroshima-derived Magallana gigas (GFF3, protein and transcript FASTA)

This dataset provides GFF3/GTF gene models, predicted protein sequences, and transcript FASTA files for the Hiroshima-derived Magallana gigas genome.Gene prediction was performed using GALBA with supporting homology evidence.The gene set shows 98.6% BUSCO completeness and is suitable for comparative genomics and functional studies.

本数据集为广岛来源的长牡蛎（Magallana gigas）基因组提供了GFF3/GTF基因模型、预测蛋白质序列以及转录本FASTA文件。基因预测采用GALBA工具完成，并辅以同源性证据支持。该基因集的BUSCO完整性达98.6%，适用于比较基因组学与功能研究。
