This dataset is a compiled and standardized collection of whole-rock geochemical data for igneous rocks from the Tonga–Kermadec arc system. The data are mainly derived from the PetDB database (Lehnert et al., 2000) and include major element oxides, trace element concentrations, and selected Nd isotopic parameters where available.
