Postoperative Syndesmotic Malreduction in Ankle Fractures

This study aims to retrospectively analyze postoperative CT scans of patients treated surgically for ankle fractures involving syndesmotic injury, with the objective of evaluating the prevalence, and subtypes of malreduction, as well as their association with functional outcomes.本研究旨在对合并下胫腓联合损伤（syndesmotic injury）的踝关节骨折手术患者的术后CT扫描影像开展回顾性分析，以评估复位不良（malreduction）的发生率及其分型，并明确其与功能预后的相关性。
