Results are presented as mean ± SEM (n = 3–4); ‘a’ is significant in comparison to porcine nipple with keratin plug; ‘b’ is significant in comparison to porcine skin; ‘c’ is significant in comparison to human nipple with keratin plug; ‘d’ is significant in comparison to human skin.
