Expression data from rat endosalpinx at 3 hours after mating

Herein, we used Affymetrix microarrays to conduct a transcriptomic analysis of the endosalpinx at 3 h after mating and used Qiagen´s Ingenuity Pathway Analysis to perform network modeling to identify the main mating-activated cellular processes in the endosalpinx and the possible upstream regulators of the mating-induced transcriptional response.本研究借助Affymetrix基因芯片（Affymetrix microarrays），对交配后3小时的输卵管内膜（endosalpinx）开展转录组分析；并依托Qiagen的Ingenuity通路分析（Ingenuity Pathway Analysis）进行网络建模，以鉴定输卵管内膜中主要的交配激活细胞过程，以及交配诱导转录应答的潜在上游调控因子。
