按照人遗资源管理条例要求，在合作医院通过伦理，并经患者签署知情同意之后，获得包皮手术后切除的组织。经分离培养获得人包皮成纤维细胞，该细胞呈成纤维细胞样，长梭形，单层贴壁生长，边缘不规则。
In accordance with the regulations for the management of human genetic resources, tissues resected during circumcision were obtained following ethical approval at the cooperating hospital and written informed consent from the patients. Human foreskin fibroblasts were isolated and cultured from these tissues. These cells display fibroblast-like morphology, featuring a long spindle shape, growing adherently in a monolayer, and having irregular margins.
