克隆玉米品质基因q5-F-THFb，利用高叶酸和低叶酸自交系构建的重组自交系进行籽粒叶酸含量检测，主要仪器为液相质谱串联仪器，Agilent 1260 HPLC系统和Agilent 6420 三重四级杆质谱联用仪，DNA分析仪、illumina测序仪等。
This dataset was developed by first cloning the maize quality gene q5-F-THFb, followed by detecting the folate content in maize kernels using recombinant inbred lines (RILs) constructed from high-folate and low-folate inbred lines. The core analytical instruments utilized include Agilent 1260 HPLC system, Agilent 6420 triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer, DNA analyzer, Illumina sequencer, and other associated laboratory equipment.
