This project collects the sequencing data and assemblies generated for Gerakladium sp. JEP-2021 to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics (ASG) Project (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/) from samples supplied by the ASG Coral-Symbiosis Hub (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了针对Gerakladium属菌株JEP-2021（Gerakladium sp. JEP-2021）所生成的测序数据与基因组组装结果，以助力基因组组装与注释工作。本项目作为水生共生基因组学（Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics, ASG）项目（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/）的组成部分，其所用样本由ASG珊瑚共生中心（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/）提供。本项目涵盖的数据集的发布需遵循生命之树开放数据发布政策（Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）的相关要求。
