加利福尼亚州州水资源控制委员会（State Water Resources Control Board, SWRCB）水权司工作人员开发了一款交互式可视化工具，可直观展示下俄罗斯河流域（Lower Russian River Watershed）内各水权的可用水量状况。水权以圆形符号标识，其颜色对应缺水判定结果。供水信息取自该委员会水权司开发的干旱水权分配工具（Drought Water Rights Allocation Tool, DWRAT）；需水数据则来自SWRCB的eWRIMS数据库。缺水判定通过对比供水量与需水量得出。
