本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，以生物学重复的方式对培养14天的人类胚胎干细胞源性视网膜色素上皮（hES-RPE）细胞进行检测，实验分为LHX2基因敲低（LHX2-KD）组与阴性对照组（非特异性短发夹RNA, non-specific shRNA）。整体实验设计：对该培养14天的hES-RPE细胞开展转录组分析，两组样本均设置生物学重复，分组方案如上所述。
