We determined lithium cobalt oxide LCO’s effects on pathways in the model organism Daphnia magna through RNA-Seq global gene expression analysis. Overall design: Examination of LCO exposure effect on gene transcription after 48 hr exposure. 5 replicates each of: no treatement control, LCO 1 mg/L, LCO 10 mg/L, and ion control equivelent to Li and Co released from 10 mg/L LCO at 48 hrs.
