Replication Data for: Automated Gleason grading of prostate cancer tissue microarrays via deep learning.

H&E stained images from five prostate cancer Tissue Microarrays (TMAs) and corresponding Gleason annotation masks. In the masks, pixel indices correspond to classes as follows: 0=Benign (green), 1=Gleason_3 (blue), 2=Gleason_4 (yellow), 3=Gleason_5 (red), 4=unlabelled (white).来自五个前列腺癌组织微阵列（Tissue Microarrays，TMAs）的苏木精-伊红染色（H&E）图像及对应的格里森注释掩膜（Gleason annotation masks）。在掩膜中，像素索引对应的类别如下：0=良性（绿色）、1=格里森3级（蓝色）、2=格里森4级（黄色）、3=格里森5级（红色）、4=未标记（白色）。
